Mission
- To contribute significantly towards field hockey by triggering aspiration of tribal & marginalized hockey players, primarily from the State of Jharkhand and from other states (if needed be) & nurture them to be a part of State and National Team through scientific and sustainable infrastructure & system.
Vision
- To develop an effective field hockey ecosystem dedicated towards holistic development of the players and coaches for India.
Goal
- To make Naval Tata Hockey Academy, the premier Hockey Academy in the country with an intent to have 50% representation in the State Team and 10% in the national Team by Producing quality players through structured training by 2027.
