Affiliated to Hockey India, NTHA Jsr has marked the beginning of structured and high-quality international training at the grassroots level.”

About Us
About NTHA JSR
To restrain the legacy of Naval Tata’s benefaction and vision in Indian Hockey, Hockey Ace Foundation (HAF) was founded in the year 2017. Tata Trusts, Tata Steel, a foreign technical partner along with Indian Steel and Wire Products Limited (A subsidiary of Tata Steel) joined hands for commencing the voyage of a grassroots program and fostering community development and operationalzing Naval Tata Hockey Academy (NTHA).
NTHA was established with the thought for playing a pivotal role in nurturing and promoting hockey talent in grassroots of Jharkhand to provided a platform for dextrous players to showcase their skills and receive proper training.
The academy set out its journey with 26 boys from hovels and villages of Simdega, Khunti and West Singhbhum Districts of Jharkhand. NTHA brings world-class facilities, including an FIH global quality artificial turf with floodlights, international coaches, a nutritionist, and mental and physical trainers to provide high performance Hockey training.
